Ramadan Iftar Preparations in Full Swing

A Heartwarming Iftar Experience

Sharbat, a sweet drink, is also being prepared to complete the Iftar dastarkhan, or meal. As the time for Iftar approaches, people begin to gather and take their seats. Water and sharbat are poured, and the blue kamiji, a type of sweet, is added to the sharbat.

In a final episode, a large jug is being filled with various sherbets, including blueberry and mango, which will be served on a dastarkhan. As Iftaar approaches, the sherbets are quickly distributed to the plates, which are loaded with rolls, samosas, fruits, chutney, dates, and other delicious items. After reciting the Namaz, the main course, biryani, is served. The beef Bihari biryani is particularly praised for its masala and VIP-worthy piece.
