A Day in Dubai: Meeting Aamir Bhai and Exploring the City
As I woke up from a comfortable night's sleep on the sofa, I couldn't help but feel excited for the day ahead. The cold curtains were pulled back, letting in the warm Dubai sun, and I was ready to start the day. Assalam Walekum, and welcome back to another blog!
I was thrilled to finally meet Aamir Bhai, someone I had been wanting to meet for a while. We were also waiting for a family to arrive, and once they did, we were shown an impressive Cyber Truck Tesla with a cool bike attached to the back. I was amazed by its weight, and it was a gift for Abdul Kabir.
A Ride in the "Nishan Sunny" and a Delicious Pulao
We hopped into a vehicle, which we referred to as the "Nishan Sunny," and headed out to a location related to one of our hobbies. As we drove, we noticed the strong sun and high temperature. We stopped at a roadside area, where we saw factories, trucks, dumpers, and buses parked. We decided to grab some pulao, which we purchased for a very low price. The portion was huge, and the taste was amazing. We compared it to other dishes we had tried before.
Arrival at Dugan Mart and a World of Electronics
After a scenic drive, we arrived at our destination, Dugan Mart. We were excited to explore the various electronic gadgets on display. We came across a tiny mobile phone that was even smaller than a finger and cost only 45 dirhams. However, we realized it wouldn't work in our country due to PT approval issues.
We also visited a fruit shop and tried some highly recommended Thai mangoes. To our surprise, they seemed to have a light burning inside them. As we continued exploring, we found a big shop selling RC cars, including one with a petrol engine. We were impressed by its off-roading setup and decided to check its speed.
RC Cars and a Showpiece of Pak-China Friendship
We ended up purchasing an impressively heavy RC car made of iron, priced at 2800 dirhams. It was too heavy to lift, but its body could have been used to create a mold. The car was equipped with remote control and could drift and maneuver easily. We also bought an excavator RC car for 126 dirhams, which performed drifting actions. Both RC cars will be restored with new tires, and Abdul Kabir will enjoy the excavator.
Additionally, we purchased an RC plane, which will be shown in Karachi. We also bought a showpiece representing Pak-China friendship, depicting Pakistani and Chinese brothers sitting and chatting together.
A Sudden Rainy Day and a Visit to Dubai Mall
As we stepped out, we were surprised to find that the sunny weather had turned into a rainy season. On our way, we picked up some snacks, including Ding Dong, which I hadn't had in years. I expressed my desire to see the Burj Khalifa in Dubai Mall before heading back to Karachi, even though I had seen it before.
We struggled to find parking in Dubai Mall, but eventually, we made it to the fountain. As we were leaving, I spotted Mustafa Hanif, a YouTuber I followed, at the mall. I approached him and asked him to subscribe to my channel. He agreed, and I was overjoyed.
Finally, we arrived at Dubai Mall and were amazed by the brand names displayed outside. I couldn't believe we had made it to Dubai and were standing in front of the famous mall.
